What type of vehicles do you have?
We have access to a vast range of vehicles from saloon cars, MPV-5 passengers, MPV-8 passengers and Minibuses.
How early do I need to book my car?
The earlier the better. However, 24 hours notice is fine. If you are making a last minute booking it is best to do so by phone. If you are making an online enquiry we will send you a confirmation back by email to confirm that booking usually within three hours, if you have not received confirmation from us by email please call one of our customer service staff.
What if my flight is delayed?
We monitor all flight arrivals before any drivers are dispatched to meet you, as a result we do NOT charge you any extra if your flight is delayed. It is your responsibility to contact us as soon as you are aware of any delays. Delays over 2 hours on evening collections only may result in us regretfully being unable to reschedule drivers. Therefore you are responsible for making new arrangements for your homeward journey should the need arise, however we will endeavour to do our utmost to fulfil your new requirements. All the drivers have the latest technology in flight tracking software but are unable to track flights more than 24 hours in advance.
What happens if my flight is cancelled?
Contact us as soon as possible on 01273 655959, we will have monitored the flight and as a result we will not have sent you a driver. Your transfer will be placed on HOLD until such times as we have contact from you. This will incur no extra cost.
How do I meet the driver?
Your driver will contact you on landing via text message on your mobile number supplied to us when you booked your car. He or she will give you exact instructions and locations for your pick up. Wherever possible we will supply you with the name and mobile/cell phone number of your driver.
Can you guarantee that your driver will be at the airport on time?
Though our drivers will make every effort to arrive on time, sometimes there can be some small delays. If delayed we will keep you informed via your mobile number supplied to us when you booked your car. Our driver all arrive at the airport at the same time your flight lands.
Amending and/or Cancellation
* The customer should make every effort to inform the Company of any amendments or cancellations to the booking as soon as possible.
* Any amendments or cancellations within 48 hours of the requested pick up time may incur additional charges. This is due to lost work that we may have taken instead of you're booking thereby leaving empty slots. Should we decide to enforce the cancellation policy we will invoice you and follow up with legal action to recover the charges due in full.
* In the event that the passenger should fail to appear for the requested vehicle, the customer will be charged the full cost including any additional charges that the booking would have incurred.
If we pick up from a UK address the driver will wait up for up to 10 minutes after the booking time. You will be liable for additional costs at the rate of £24 per hour or part thereof (open to the drivers discretion), a minimum 30 minutes is chargeable should the driver be kept waiting longer than the 10 minutes. If we are unable to make contact with the passenger (ringing the doorbell and calling the contact phone number) we will stand the driver down and the passenger will be responsible for the full cost including any additional waiting time over the 10 minutes waiting period that the driver tries to contact the passenger.
Whilst we endeavour to supply child seats where requested it may not always be possible, We have more than one job going on and we only have limited seats, Taxis are exempt from using child seats and our drivers are extremely careful, We will do our level best to make sure children and infants are in seats but this can and will depend on other factors sometimes out of our control.. We supply the child seats free of charge, due to high demand we cannot always guarantee a child seat will be supplied.
